Week breaks Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.
Weekends from a Friday for 3 nights.
Mid-Weeks from a Monday for 4 nights.

25% of the rental fee is due on booking. The balance of the rental fee is due 84 days (12 weeks) prior to your stay.

Gray Manes is available from 4.00 p.m. on the first day of your stay and we ask that it is vacated by 10.00am on the last day.

Please note the following

We do not accept Stag/Hen parties or all male groups.
We do not accept groups where all adults are under 30
Please no fireworks or Chinese lanterns, these will cause distress to local livestock and present a fire hazard to cottages with thatched roofs or barns storing hay.
Please no drones
Please no candles
